We aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Refund Eligibility & Amount
Refunds are processed based on the time of cancellation prior to your travel date:

Note: Refund amounts may vary depending on the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers, or special packages included in your booking.
2. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
Any bank or payment gateway charges, if deducted, are non-refundable and will be passed on to the customer.
3. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be provided for:
No-shows (failure to arrive)
Early departures from the tour
Unused services during the tour (including meals, sightseeing, hotel stays, or transport)
Special offers, promotional packages, or bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
4. Partial Refunds
If a trip is cut short due to personal reasons (e.g., a guest decides to leave early), no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the services.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as:
Adverse weather or road conditions
Political disturbances or strikes
Natural disasters
Government regulations or restrictions
In such cases, we may assist with rescheduling the tour wherever possible.
6. Disputes
Any refund-related disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of the trip completion or cancellation. Please email us with your Booking ID and details.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
